About Personal Timers
Do you wish that you had a better memory? Have you ever missed a rent
payment, a birthday or an appointment because you have way too much on the
go? Personal Timers is here to help you organize your life and scedule
timers for just about everything you can think of.
Personal Timers lets you schedule all sorts of timers that simply email
you when you need to be reminded of something. By using email, you don't
have install any special software or even be at your computer to receive
the reminder. A new reminder will be waiting in your inbox the next time you
check your email.
Here's how simple it is to use Personal Timers:
- Sign up for a new account and activate your account.
- Add new timers and choose whether they occur one time, or repeat at intervals.
- That's it! Receive your timer reminders by email automatically when they are due.

Here are some of the new features coming to Personal Timers shortly:
Timer editing Now active!
- Modify your existing timers. Enable past timers and change their details
instead of creating new timers.
- Time zone selection
- Necessary to synch our clocks to yours. Currently your timers will send emails
based on EDT time. Selecting your timezone will allow users all over the world
to user Personal Timers.
More recurrence intervals Now active!
- Set timers to go off only on business days, exclude weekends, etc.
- Web Service API
- Eventually we will open the doors to external applications. Intergrate
Personal Timers with your favourite calendar or time-tracking software.
- PT Widget
- The Personal Timers widget will allow you to add new timers right from
your desktop without visiting www.personaltimers.com.
- Snooze
- Need more time? Snooze features in your reminder emails will allow you to
reset your timer for specified intervals of time, just like an alarm clock.
- HTML Email
- Set your timer text in HTML so that you include links and style to your
timers.
